Sneha Desai has been practicing yoga since 2004 and earned her RYS 800 Hours TTC under Shilpa Ghatalia at Yogshakti in 2013, a life-changing experience.
She specializes in Yin Yoga and has been teaching in Mumbai since 2014, inspiring students of all ages through her mindful, nature-connected approach. She also offers classes in Integrative Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Kid’s Yoga, known for her strict yet friendly teaching style that encourages students to push their limits and deepen their practice.
In 2019, she added Aerial Yoga to her repertoire, blending breathing techniques and soulful music to enrich her classes. Her students range from 2 to 80 years old, and her genuine, soulful nature makes her highly loved and respected..
